FINEVO Group ("FINEVO", "we", "us", or "our") is a provider of access to automated copy trading strategies through partnerships with professional traders and regulated brokers. FINEVO operates the websites finevogroup.com and finevoholding.com. FINEVO is not a bank, financial institution, broker-dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or fund manager. We do not provide personalized investment advice, and nothing on this site should be construed as such.

2. Services Description

FINEVO provides the following services:

• Access to automated trading strategy subscriptions managed by professional traders.
• Portfolio combination tools (Finevo Index) for diversification across multiple strategies.
• Educational content, webinars, and live events related to financial markets.
• Free trading signals via WhatsApp and Telegram channels.
• Performance statistics and transparency reporting via stats.finevogroup.com.
• Facilitated connections to regulated partner brokers for account opening.

3. Eligibility

To use FINEVO services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited by law.
• Understand and accept that trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss.
• Have independently determined that your financial situation and risk tolerance are suitable for participating in copy trading activities.

4. No Investment Advice

All content published on FINEVO platforms — including strategy performance data, compound calculators, portfolio simulations, signals, and educational material — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. FINEVO does not provide personalized investment advice. Historical returns, performance metrics, and projected growth figures are illustrative only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for all investment decisions you make. FINEVO strongly recommends consulting a qualified and independent financial advisor before making any investment decision.

5. Performance Disclosures

References to historical returns (such as average monthly gains of 3–5%) are based on past trading activity and are not guarantees of future performance. Actual results may vary significantly. Factors including market volatility, leverage, geopolitical events, broker execution quality, and liquidity conditions may adversely affect trading outcomes. FINEVO makes no warranty that any trading strategy will achieve its historical results or any particular level of performance.

6. Fund Custody and Broker Relationships

FINEVO does not hold, manage, receive, or have custody of client funds at any time. All investment capital remains under the exclusive control of the client in their personal trading account with their chosen regulated broker. FINEVO facilitates the technical connection of trading strategies to client broker accounts via tools provided by those brokers (such as copy trading APIs). FINEVO is not responsible for broker policies, account conditions, execution quality, fund security, or any decisions made by the broker. Clients should review and accept the terms and conditions of their chosen broker independently.

7. Subscription Fees and Commission Structure

FINEVO operates on a performance-based commission model. Fees are charged only on net profits generated for the client and never on initial capital or deposits. No upfront fees are charged for accessing strategy information on this website. Specific commission rates, billing cycles, and performance fee calculation methodologies will be disclosed separately during the onboarding process and in the applicable strategy subscription agreement. FINEVO reserves the right to modify its fee structure with reasonable advance notice to clients.

8. Approved Brokers

FINEVO strategies are compatible with accounts opened at partner brokers that maintain regulatory licenses from recognized international supervisory bodies including the FCA (UK), ASIC (Australia), CySEC (Cyprus), CIMA (Cayman Islands), FSC (Mauritius), VFSC (Vanuatu), and FSA (St. Vincent & Grenadines). FINEVO does not endorse any specific broker and makes no representation regarding the financial stability, execution quality, or regulatory standing of partner brokers beyond their publicly available licensing information. The client is responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on FINEVO websites, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, charts, strategy names, the "Finevo Index" concept, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of FINEVO Group or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content without prior written consent from FINEVO.

10. Prohibited Activities

When using FINEVO services, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any FINEVO software or tools.
• Reproduce, replicate, copy, sell, or resell FINEVO strategies, signals, or data without authorization.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through contact forms or consultations.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code to FINEVO systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or related systems.
• Engage in market manipulation or any activity that violates the terms of your broker agreement.

11. Third-Party Services and External Links

FINEVO integrates third-party services to deliver its platform, including Cloudflare (infrastructure and bot protection), Formspree (contact form handling), TradingView (market data widgets), Google Fonts (typography), and Highcharts (data visualization). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. FINEVO is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of third-party services. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; FINEVO does not endorse and assumes no responsibility for external content.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

FINEVO services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FINEVO does not warrant that: (a) the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) any defects or errors will be corrected; (c) the platform is free of viruses or other harmful components; (d) the results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FINEVO Group, its officers, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliated traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the services; (b) any trading losses incurred through the use of FINEVO strategies; (c) conduct or content of any third party including brokers; (d) unauthorized access to or use of your broker account; or (e) any interruption in service due to technical failures.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FINEVO Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the platform in a manner not authorized by these Terms; (c) your investment decisions and trading activity; or (d) any content you submit through the platform.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles and, where applicable, the laws of the jurisdiction in which FINEVO Group is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body. Both parties waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

16. Modifications to These Terms

FINEVO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

17. Termination

FINEVO may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification — shall survive.
